- High Awareness But Low Familiarity with Trans Fat Free Oils A
very strong 61% of fast food visitors have heard about trans fat
free oils.
- Thus, 64% are “unfamiliar” with trans fat free oils.
- Nearly 4 in every 10 (39%) QSR visitors said they would “give
more of my business than usual” to a restaurant that uses tran fat
free oils
- Consumers will be “very pleased” with operators who switch to
trans fat free oils. A very high 63% of fast food customers say they
would be very / somewhat pleased. (see chart at left)
