What do we look for?
We look for individuals with a wide range experiences, both academically and
personally. We expect you to have sound technical skills and problem solving
abilities, but also want you to have strong interpersonal communications
abilities. A big part of being good at what you do depends on your ability to
interact with others and be a team player.
McCain is a great place to work, with a business casual dress-code, an
on-site cafeteria and an outdoor lakeside picnic area, and plenty of employee
events. We are located minutes from downtown Naperville and just off I-88 at
either the Route 53 or Naperville Road exit.
