McCain offers a two-part Retirement
Plan with a wide choice of investment options to help
employees save money and earn a benefit for retirement.
The McCain Retirement Plan includes both an Automatic
Core Plan provision and a Voluntary 401(k) Plan
provision. The Automatic Core Plan requires employees to
contribute 3%. The Voluntary 401(k) allows employees to
contribute 1%-50% of earnings. In total, McCain will
match an employee’s contribution $1 for $1 up to 6%.

& wellness program: McCain in Motion. We’ve been a
leader in this area and our efforts have been recognized
by organizations such as the American Heart Association.
Today, all U.S. locations are tobacco-free. Incentives
are available to employees who make healthy lifestyle
choices. Some of our locations have onsite fitness

McCain offers its employees paid
time off each year to give employees the time off they
need. Paid Time Off is earned on a monthly basis and
employees, depending on their hire, may be able to earn
a maximum of 18 days during their first year of service.
