McCain offers a two-part Retirement Plan with a wide choice of investment

McCain Retirement Plan includes both an Automatic Core Plan provision and a
Voluntary 401(k) Plan provision. The Automatic Core Plan requires employees to
contribute 3%. The Voluntary 401(k) allows employees to contribute 1%-50% of
earnings. In total, McCain will match an employee’s contribution $1 for $1 up to

Work / Life Benefits
McCain offers its employees paid time off each year to give employees the time
off they need. Paid Time Off is earned on a monthly basis and employees,
depending on their hire, may be able to earn a maximum of 18 days during their
first year of service. McCain employees earn 10 paid holidays each year.
