How it works:
  1. Waitstaff wears their promotion buttons and sets coasters on the table to engage customers and create interest in ordering appetizers.
  2. Customer texts BREWFAN to the specified number and enters the name of your operation to receive a special offer* on their appetizer order.
  3. To redeem the offer, the customer shows their phone screen to the server with one hand, simultaneously high-fiving the rest of the table with the other.

Offers change depending on when you run the promotion:

  1. Order your promotion materials here.
  2. Determine the details of your promotion. Which BREW CITY products will you feature? What is the offer? What is the timeframe? We recommend 4-6 weeks.
  3. Educate your waitstaff about the promotion. If you are using the texting or QR code promotion, show them how the offer is received and how to honor the offer.
  4. Choose the right time to place all the support materials around your operation. Using the promotion during slow times can boost check averages by selling more appetizers and the beverages that go with them!
